First off, the character doesn't have wings when she is full size. So I didn't need to worry about making wigs.
Bodysuit: I had picked up some great leatherette when I was in New York, but I wanted to use a different textured pattern for the joints, and it was a fluke one day when walking through Walmart I saw an athletic shirt which would allow for more stretch as well as areas were the costume would breath since the leatherette did not, so I picked up an XXXL of the shirt.
I had purchased a wetsuit becaused I liked the lines of it, I also purchased a spandex bodysuit to trace out the lines I liked from the wetsuit, adding a few additional ones in. From there I cut up the spandex and used that as the pattern. Since I wanted a double top stitch and the patten had over 35 pieces I enlisted the help of Hong because my sewing machine didn't have a double needle and it was a little over my head but this is the way I wanted it to look. Hong was so fantastic and without her help I don't think it would has looked as good. The Gloves were purchased at Target.
Armor: I had a body mold that the back got mess up, but since I was only using the abdomen it ended up being useable for this project. Once it had been sculpted , I took a plaster mold of them and cast it in fiberglass. Then it was a ton of sanding. Afterwards I sent the pieces to Creations N Chrome.
