I was really enjoying the Freedon Fighters and thought she was like a Paris Hilton in the DC world. And she is one of the older comic book ladies out their, so I felt like she needed a little bit of costume representing. In my head I could see how it would be done, so just went with it!
		Wig - Purchased locally and styled by me Goggles - Her Goggles have a very certain look and to find a pair that would fit my face took awhile, they ended up being a old pair of safety goggles I had around that I couldn't find another pair to wear. Then got paint tint. Cape: Was the same fabric as my huntress cape, with a slightly iridescent taffeta lining that was also green to tie in with the gloves and glasses. The green selected needed to be a green yellow and not a green blue. Gloves - Were bought latex and altered to be those low palm gloves Arm Sleeves - Bought and altered Gauntlets - Took an arm cast, and purchased a sheet of Plexi, cut out the pattern in paper first then cut, heated and shaped the plexi around my arm cast. From there purchased reflect material used on vehicles and adhered the lower triangle to the arm piece, made a seperate piece and attached it to a piece of Latex, and glued that carefully to the inside of the now clear gauntlet. What this does is when a flash goes off for a picture you will get the same light effect you see in the comics. Triangles - Cut and shaped the plexi, then glued the reflective material to the back of it, then used magnets to adhere it. Outfit - Bought and altered heavily. Also included lining the top in another layer of latex since the original latex purchased was slightly transparent. Stockings - Bought and altered Shoes - Bought, really wanted a cool look as well something the blends into the latex well.
		I only manage to wear this for a short time. For the little amount of fabric their is its quite a hot costume. I also need to latex glue myself into thef costume whenever I wear it :)
