HimeArts - Mill-Chan

		I wanted to pick a character that would be fairly simple, and, after being really hot in Lina Inverse at AX, I wanted something that would be cooler to wear. I thought I would do a good job as Mill-Chan.
		The top is just a big pink loop with a elastic band, that when you put it on it creates the shape you need. The Cape is just panels, which have the patterns ironed on to them and used clear bra straps. Sculpted the little jewel in the front and just used clear thread to attach.
		Mission successful, Costume was comfortable and light.
