Lafiel is one of my favorite female characters. I loved the blue hair, I loved the space elves, and I loved the military outfits. This show, while it’s not popular, was one of my guilty pleasures.
		Kupo offered to do the Bodysuit because I had no idea how to get it done, plus she wanted to have some costumes to add to her commission site. I had never made a bodysuit and didn’t think to buy one and just sew the pieces to it. For the crown Ian and I came up with a plan to use hot glue and paper mold.
		This is a great costume to wear because while not many fans will recognize you, the ones who do are also fans of the show and it’s great to meet people who are into the same show as you, especially the more obscure shows. It was also great to meet the creator of the novels at Otakon, I got my pictures with him, and I just feel terrible because it was prior to me learning how important makeup is to cosplay photos, so the photos are all pretty terrible.
