I wanted to do the second season version. This was one of those characters where I felt I would like to do as many versions as I could since she is pretty much my favourite anime character. |

I already had the bodysuit from the first season that Kupo had done, so all that needed to be made was the jacket and a new belt. The jacket was a modified military Jacket pattern the Laurie had pointed out to me and helped me with; it was difficult to match the colors from the body suit since I had a limited fabric selection where I lived. The front panel is a totally separate piece which is snap on once you close the jacket. The belt didn’t turn out the way I would have liked because I didn’t know how to get the sculpted stuffed look. Plus it was a bit too thick. I was trying to over compensate because the first one was much too thin. I went with a different pair of boots because I wanted more of a heel. For the crown piece I took a mold of my previous one and then cast it in resin and then silver leafed it. |

Like with most my costumes, this is not summer friendly. But I do love being one of my favourite characters.
